Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Returns

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not custom or personalized items

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom team jerseys with personalization
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged due to wear or misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@sportslimemedia.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). To exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process above
  • Specify the item you’d like to exchange for
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement item

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)

9. Custom Team Jersey Orders

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable once design is approved
  • Full payment is non-refundable once production begins
  • We will work with you to resolve any quality issues

10. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund

Custom Orders: Can be cancelled before design approval for a full refund minus deposit
